Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Planning Manager
responsible for managing and optimizing the staffing process within
the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze historical data and trends to forecast staffing needs and
develop workforce plans
Create and optimize employee schedules while managing real-time
operations and staffing adjustments
Generate reports on workforce metrics and collaborate with teams to
align strategies with business objectives
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in workforce management or
scheduling
Experience with workforce management software, particularly
Legion
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Experience in retail, hospitality, or healthcare industries
desired
