Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Community Programs Manager to
oversee community programs and initiatives for volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate community programs aligned with
organizational goals
Foster relationships with volunteers and community partners to
enhance program effectiveness
Analyze program performance and implement improvements based on
feedback and data
Required Qualifications:
4-6+ years of experience in community, customer success, or program
management
2-4+ years of experience in managing community programs, preferably
in a volunteer-based or non-profit setting
Proven track record of managing complex community initiatives
successfully
Strong understanding of community engagement trends
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
