  • Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical unit
  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hours
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum of 3-5 years MS experience required
    • At least 1 traveler contract completed preferred
    • EPIC charting experience required within last 12 months
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift Requirements: 8hr PMs (M-F) 1500-2300; As needed; Holiday rotation
        • Unit Specific Information
        • 5 Med unit 53 bed unit
        • Patient ratio: 1:7-8 is possible
        • Float Requirements: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital and other like units as needed
          • Additional Details
          • Holiday groupings: Christmas Eve and New Years Day
          • Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, Strong Documentation skills, able to work in a fast paced environment
          • Scrub Colors: Any
          • Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies
          • GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation
