Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree
preferred . 3-5+ years of direct work experience. Strong analytical
skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and demonstrated
ability to learn new applications. Possesses and applies strong
internet navigation and research skills. Strong written, oral and
interpersonal communication skills. Exhibits good judgment and
professional etiquette. Time management and organizational skills.
Possesses and applies problem solving and decision making skills
Service oriented and flexible to meet changing business needs.
Strong analytical skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and
demonstrated ability to learn new application. Possesses and
applies strong internet navigation and research skills Strong
written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Exhibits good
judgment and professional etiquette.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates, conducts and documents moderately complex analysis for
an organizational unit. Work may include analyzing financial and/or
operational data and making recommendations. Utilizes problem
solving, decision making and analytical skills to meet changing
business needs. Provides general administrative support as needed.
The level of work is considered intermediate and staff work under
general supervision. This position has no direct reports.
Maintains, manipulates and analyzes spreadsheets and databases for
department. Compiles and arranges data, makes computations,
analyzes results, creates charts and exhibits, prepares reports and
verifies accuracy of data; identifies issues or problems with data
and follows up with appropriate source to resolve. Provides varied
administrative support activities including, but not limited to,
maintains files and leave records, proofreads,processes travel
reimbursements and other administrative forms, etc. Contributes to
or assists in the completion and documentation of simple to
moderately complex financial analysis projects. Assists in planning
and execution of conferences and meetings including: securing
meeting space, developing invitations and communications with
conference attendees, coordinating written materials, managing
staff members involved with event and other related tasks.
Coordinates small projects on behalf of the department or
participates in larger Department and/or District strategic
projects. Coordinates control activities for assigned area and/or
process control analysis. Conducts research projects for department
utilizing the internet and other related resources. Performs other
duties as assigned
