Job Description:

The candidate must be based -in one of the -aforementioned metropolitan areas due to customer location. Randstad, the world's leading partner for talent, is investing in an Account Executive to who will own our relationship with a Top 10 Consulting Firm. As a Senior AE, you will be responsible for driving new business through direct client engagement, territory planning, and selling our staffing services. We prioritize building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, aiming to deeply understand their needs for mutual success. - What you get to do:

• Analyze market trends and leverage industry expertise to drive growth in staff augmentation
• Envision and implement transformative technology solutions to enhance customer experience and engagement.
• Strengthen client relationships as the primary point of contact to maximize engagement
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to drive growth opportunities
• Secure new agreements that surpass revenue and margin expectations. What you need to bring:
  • Staffing experience in the IT space- preferably TMT vertical
  • History of selling into consulting firms
  • Proven history of expanding services within active accounts as well as acquiring net new business.
  • Skill in cultivating enduring relationships founded on principles of inte
  • Strong negotiation skills
