Description:Accord Carton is searching for a highly motivated Pre-Make Ready Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and preparing machinery and equipment for production runs. • Set up and adjust machinery and equipment according to production schedules and specifications.
• Inspect and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubrication.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production.Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the paperboard industry.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
