Description:Nerdy is seeking a talented Sales Trainer to join
our team and help us in the ongoing training and development of our
quickly growing national and international sales and customer
service force. The Sales Trainer will continue to design and
implement effective sales and customer service training programs
for an inside, B2C sales force. The individual in this role will
work directly with our sales leaders and company executives in
developing and executing high-quality training strategies and
processes that will improve the effectiveness of the sales
organization and drive sales productivity with new and existing
employees.Qualifications:
- 2+ years minimum experience in a sales management or sales
training role for inside sales teams required.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, client relations,
business development, or B2C/inside sales, required.
- 1+ years of training or supervisory experience in a
contact/call center environment, required.
- Proven track record of developing effective sales or customer
service training processes and programs by implementing knowledge
of sales principles, techniques, and different sales
methodologies.
- High proficient and experienced in professional training or
learning & development.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for people
development, training, and teaching.
- Knowledge of eLearning tools and training software, including
the implementation and management of an LMS.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the design, implementation, management, and
continuous improvement of the sales training process and program
for new and existing sales representatives, account managers, and
customer care specialists.
- Build and improve existing training organization to better
support a rapidly growing inside sales and customer service
team.
- Assist in the implementation and management of self-guided
content.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate training processes and
identify ways to optimize training quality and efficacy.
- Create and develop effective training materials, modules, and
eLearning tools.
- Provide ongoing training and development support to existing
sales force and work closely with company executives to achieve
operational objectives.
- Help build a sales training culture that fosters a culture of
continuous learning and improvement within the sales team,
encouraging feedback and collaboration among team members.
